Job summary

NSFT is seeking a HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist with relevant experience and training to deliver specialist 1:1 and group interventions with adult male prisoners at HMP Norwich. The part-time post is 22.5 hours per week (3 shifts of 7.5 hours), on site at HMP Norwich, with flexible working and a pro rata salary of £57,528–£64,750.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist
• Evidence of CPD in specialised areas
• Experience delivering 1:1 and group interventions in clinical settings

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist psychology assessment, formulation and interventions for individuals and groups
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to embed psychologically informed practices
• Train and supervise staff and supervise post-incident support and wellbeing
• Contribute to reducing self-harm and distress among prison service users
