HMPPS in Swansea is seeking a Managing Chaplain to lead a multi-faith chaplaincy team and provide religious and pastoral care to prisoners and staff. The role requires endorsement by the Faith and Belief Adviser and involves ensuring policies are delivered across the establishment.

The post emphasises safeguarding, collaboration with colleagues, and maintaining spiritual health while supporting staff and prisoners of all faiths or none.
