Job summary

Lead Chaplain – Multi-Faith Chaplaincy & Spiritual Care at Northern Care Alliance, Royal Oldham Hospital. You will lead the strategic and daily operations of the Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care Team, ensuring inclusive, compassionate support for patients, families, and staff across the Trust.

The role requires managing a diverse team, providing expert guidance on spiritual matters, and delivering care with adherence to NHS standards.

Qualifications

• Deliver spiritual, pastoral, and religious care to patients, families, staff.
• Lead a diverse chaplaincy team across faiths and beliefs represented in the in-patient population.
• Lead on-call and holiday cover, with emphasis on Christian (Church of England / Free Church) needs.
• Uphold UKBHC professional standards and registration requirements.
• Advocate for patients, relatives, and staff in spiritual matters.
