Job summary

Spectrum Community Health CIC is recruiting a Drug and Alcohol Practitioner to work within the prison-based recovery-oriented treatment model at HMP Styal. You will support service users to achieve recovery, engage them effectively and plan for release and throughcare.

Work closely with the Service Manager and Senior Practitioners; collaborate with other services to maintain high standards of performance and deliver interventions with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services that support service users to achieve recovery goals and community reintegration, maximising engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of performance and flexible delivery under supervision of managers.
