Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate with technical experts to support and develop electronic design and manufacturing technologies. Develop and evaluate new processes and equipment, working with internal and external partners both domestically and internationally. Understand materials and processes involved in circuit card assembly and PCB manufacturing, ensuring compliance with harsh environment requirements. Assess and improve PCB fabrication and assembly processes, support industry methodology adoption, and contribute to failure analysis at component and board levels. Provide technical support across teams and develop a broad skill set within electronic engineering.
