Job summary

Mitie is recruiting a Reprographics Operative to operate reprographic equipment and deliver a high-quality service to our Armed Forces customer at MOD Abbey Wood. The role includes scheduling jobs, maintaining stock, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and GDPR standards.

You will work in a team, provide accurate documents, and liaise with customers to meet deadlines while maintaining meticulous records and processing job sheets as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Good understanding of reprographics technology and document production
• Strong team player and proactive problem solver
• Confident verbal and written communicator
• IT literate with strong Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Produce printed or electronic documents by digital printing or scanning
• Produce finished documents to customer specifications including folding, binding and laminating
• Discuss jobs with customers to ensure on-time delivery and quality
• Operate and maintain reprographics equipment (toner, jams, etc.)
• Maintain stock control and order paper, inks and consumables
• Collate monthly output spreadsheets and report figures to Line Manager
• Comply with Health and Safety Regulations, Copy Right and GDPR
• Undertake additional tasks as required by the Line Manager
