Reach plc in Oldham is seeking reliable, hands-on individuals to join our print operations. You will train with our No.2 Printer, learn to run high-speed production machines, and ensure top-quality output.

This 4 on 4 off night shift includes weekends, with training and development opportunities, a focus on safety, and a strong team culture. We offer extensive holiday, pension and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in print production.
• Be attentive to detail and quality.
• Willing to work 4 on 4 off night shifts.
• Ability to operate and set up printing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Training: Learning to set rollers and operate Wifag Reel stands and strip stations.
• Quality Excellence: Monitor production to meet high standards and flag issues.
• Problem Solving: Work with the team to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Workflow Support: Perform pre- and post-run checks and maintain cleanliness.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with No.2 Printer and Shift Managers.
• Safety & Environment: Maintain a safe, clean workspace per site policies.
