Job summary

Reach plc is hiring for a hands-on print production role based in the UK. You will work the 4 on 4 off night shift, learning to operate high-speed machinery alongside an experienced No.2 Printer and receive comprehensive training and development to master the production process.

This role focuses on maintaining top-quality print output, learning the trade mechanics, and collaborating with the team to meet the production schedule while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hands-on training: set rollers and operate Wifag Reel stands and strip stations independently.
• Maintain production quality and communicate when issues arise.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or material issues with the team to keep presses rolling.
• Carry out pre- and post-run checks, manage housekeeping and production scheduling.
