Job summary

Thorn Baker Recruitment Ltd are seeking experienced Print Assembly Operatives for a local print finishing company on the edge of Leicester City centre. This is a temporary contract with potential for permanent hire.

You will work as part of a small team, hand finishing and assembling various printing jobs, taking products from machines and completing the finish by hand so they are ready for distribution. Some packing and pallet loading may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous print or packaging experience is preferred
• Experience with hand finishing and assembly of printed products
• Ability to lift and move products and pallets

Responsibilities

• Hand finish and assemble various printing jobs as part of a small team
• Remove products from machines and finish by hand to be distributed
• Assist with packing and loading pallets as required

The Job:

Working as part of a small team - you will be helping to hand finish/assemble various printing jobs.

Taking products from machines and using hands to finish them, ready to be distributed.

Could also be needed to pack and load pallets too

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am-4.15pm with an earlier finish on Fridays
