This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the Account Management & Customer Service department for a well-established & progressive printing company from our premises in Worthing on the South Coast. We work with some of the UK’s most prestigious brands as well as catering for the needs of smaller businesses.
Your role will involve providing comprehensive product and service information while ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to thrive under tight deadlines, confident decision-making, and strong communication skills with internal teams. Proficiency in IT, especially Excel and Outlook, is essential, and experience with Tharstern MIS is preferred.
