We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Data professional to support the delivery of several critical strategic initiatives within the HR function. You will play a key in establishing Databricks as our central HR data platform, supporting the migration of HR and payroll data from multiple legacy systems into a new HR and Payroll platform, develop custom reports and dashboards and develop API integrations between HR systems and downstream business applications.
Working as part of a highly collaborative HR Systems and Data team, you will provide hands-on technical support and delivery across data integration, migration, reporting and system configuration activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, implementation partners, IT teams and business subject matter experts to ensure the successful delivery of key programme milestones.
This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong technical, analytical and stakeholder management skills. In addition to delivering key project outcomes, you will provide expertise, coaching and knowledge transfer to internal team members, helping to build capability and ensure sustainable long-term success.
