A leading consultancy in the UK is looking for a Permanent Principal Civil Engineer to join their Water Division. This role involves overseeing civil engineering designs for various water projects including treatment and networks, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating with project teams. Ideal candidates will have relevant consultancy experience and hold a degree in Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

• Previous civil water experience with a consultancy.
• Experience on the AMP Framework or Water Framework.
• Member of a relevant professional body (ICE/CIWEM).

I am currently seeking a Permanent Principal Civil Engineer to work within the Water Division of a UK Consultancy. This position will be based out of their Newcastle Office.

This role would include, but not be limited to the below

• Ensure best practices are followed at all times.
• Responsible for the project's civil engineering design.
• Working with the project design team/leads to ensure successful project delivery and outcomes
• Projects would include, but not be limited to clean water treatment and networks, wastewater treatment, wastewater networks, flooding, and urban drainage

The Ideal Candidate will have

• Previous civil water experience with a consultancy or similar
• Previous experience on the AMP Framework, Water Framework or Similar
• Member of relevant professional body – (ICE/CIWEM) or similar
• 2x References
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Similar
