Job summary

A leading consultancy in the UK seeks a Permanent Principal Civil Engineer for its Water Division, based in Newcastle. The successful candidate will ensure best practices in civil engineering design and project delivery, working on water treatment and related projects. Ideal applicants will have a relevant degree and substantial experience in civil water consultancy.

Qualifications

• Member of relevant professional body – (ICE/CIWEM) or similar.
• Previous experience on AMP Framework, Water Framework or Similar.
• 2x References.

Job Description:

I am currently seeking a Permanent Principal Civil Engineer to work within the Water Division of a UK Consultancy. This position will be based out of their Newcastle Office.

This role would include, but not be limited to the below

• Ensure best practices are followed at all times.
• Responsible for the project's civil engineering design.
• Working with the project design team/leads to ensure successful project delivery and outcomes
• Projects would include, but not be limited to clean water treatment and networks, wastewater treatment, wastewater networks, flooding, and urban drainage

The Ideal Candidate will have

• Previous civil water experience with a consultancy or similar
• Previous experience on the AMP Framework, Water Framework or Similar
• Member of relevant professional body – (ICE/CIWEM) or similar
• 2x References
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Similar
