Job summary

A leading consultancy in the UK is seeking a Permanent Principal Civil Engineer within the Water Division. The successful candidate will lead the civil engineering design for various water projects, ensuring best practices and successful project delivery. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Civil Engineering, relevant consultancy experience, and membership in a professional body.

Qualifications

• Previous civil water experience with a consultancy or similar.
• Experience on the AMP Framework or Water Framework.
• Member of relevant professional body (ICE/CIWEM).

Job Description:

I am currently seeking a Permanent Principal Civil Engineer to work within the Water Division of a UK Consultancy. This position will be based out of their Newcastle Office.

This role would include, but not be limited to the below

• Ensure best practices are followed at all times.
• Responsible for the project's civil engineering design.
• Working with the project design team/leads to ensure successful project delivery and outcomes
• Projects would include, but not be limited to clean water treatment and networks, wastewater treatment, wastewater networks, flooding, and urban drainage

The Ideal Candidate will have

• Previous civil water experience with a consultancy or similar
• Previous experience on the AMP Framework, Water Framework or Similar
• Member of relevant professional body – (ICE/CIWEM) or similar
• 2x References
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Similar
