Auxo Frontier, part of Auxo Talent Group, is seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead our US CNC and Advanced Engineering desk from Hybrid Manchester base. You’ll own the US market, develop clients and candidates, and drive permanent and contract recruitment across multiple international markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in US market recruitment and building client networks.
• Proven track record in senior-level recruitment and BD.
• Experience in CNC, engineering or advanced manufacturing recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of US CNC and Advanced Engineering clients.
• Develop new business and expand existing relationships.
• Deliver recruitment solutions across permanent and contract markets.
• Build a strong candidate network in the US and manage market book.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across global teams.
• Take ownership of the US market and contribute to growth.
