Job summary

Genius Sports, through its Legend brand, is hiring a Principal Technical SEO to own technical SEO across Gaming and Sports portfolios. This senior individual contributor will solve complex crawling, rendering, indexation and performance challenges while collaborating with Product and Engineering.

You will build tools, monitoring and AI-enabled workflows to improve decision-making and scale SEO across one of the world’s largest iGaming and sports data platforms.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading complex technical SEO initiatives at scale.
Expertise across crawling, rendering, indexation, architecture, internal linking, international SEO, migrations and web performance.
Ability to translate technical findings into clear priorities and influence Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Co-own portfolio-wide technical SEO strategy, roadmap and standards with greatest impact.
Lead complex investigations across crawling, rendering, indexation, architecture, internal linking and migrations.
Partner with Product and Engineering on architecture, releases, migrations and experimentation.
Build automated monitoring, diagnostics and AI-enabled workflows for SEO and decision-making.
Create reusable patterns, guardrails and tooling to raise technical capability across portfolios.
