Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Principal Tech Business Developer for the Publisher Monetization Device advertising team.

This role will drive launch and growth of key ad initiatives, acting as general manager to expand into new customer segments and regions while increasing Amazon Devices advertising revenue. The successful candidate will influence sales strategy, contribute to go-to-market planning, and shape product offerings in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams.

Amazon Publisher Monetization Device advertising team is responsible for developing and delivering a suite of demand products that enable advertisers to buy media across our networks of publishers and devices. As our business expands, we are introducing new ad capabilities, inventory supply and measurement technologies that span multiple teams within Amazon.

We are seeking a Principal Tech Business Developer to drive the launch and growth of our key advertising initiatives. This individual will serve as the general manager for the respective initiative, leading expansion into new customer segments and into new regions while driving advertising revenue growth for Amazon Devices (e.g., Alexa). They will be responsible for scaling existing customer channels, identifying new business opportunities, and leading strategic planning efforts. This includes influencing sales and account planning, provide business inputs into go-to-market strategies, and shaping product and packaging offerings in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
• Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
• Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
