About the role

We are seeking talented Talent Partners for a 6-month FTC with potential for permanence. The role is remote, but requires onsite visits to clients in Bath. Our clients include Snyk, ASOS, Williams Racing, and others. We focus on outcomes rather than KPIs, utilizing a bespoke data platform for decision-making. We value innovative ideas and aim to hire and retain top talent professionals.

Responsibilities Include:

• Visiting clients weekly to build relationships.
• Developing and implementing attraction and delivery strategies.
• Building relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
• Advising on recruitment best practices and assessment processes.
• Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and niche role headhunting.
• Partnering with hiring managers as one team.
• Conducting candidate screens and interview de-briefings.
• Maintaining accurate data for stakeholder influence.
• Delivering regular reports on progress.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss challenges and successes.
• Proposing solutions and new ideas to overcome challenges.
• Sharing knowledge through training and onboarding.
• Staying informed on market trends and conditions.

Skills Required:

• In-depth general and admin experience, preferably within CleanTech.
• Exceptional headhunting and delivery skills.
• Experience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.
