Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience delivering software products across the full lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and SOLID principles.
- Previous line management and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of automation software aligned to the product roadmap.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Programme Management, and R&D leaders to align priorities and plans.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks.
- Drive engineering standards, governance, and best practices.
- Develop processes, tools, and frameworks to enable product delivery.
- Support development of technical capability across teams.
- Ensure knowledge sharing and learning are captured and shared.
