Job summary

Dex is partnering with a company building the definitive API for global tax automation. You will join a lean engineering team in a principal-level seat, co-owning the roadmap with product, driving architecture, and operating what you build in production.

You will design, build, and operate mission-critical REST APIs powering global tax compliance for enterprises, shipping across the stack with Node.js/TypeScript, Go, and ReactJS.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Node.js/TypeScript, Go or ReactJS across the stack.
• Proven track record scaling and operating large-scale microservices in high-growth environments.
• Good sense of ownership: ensure code is tested, features delivered, production systems clean.
• Builder's mindset: ship fast, continuously, and iteratively using data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate mission-critical REST APIs powering global tax compliance for enterprises.
• Take full ownership of products from ideation through delivery, support, and iteration.
• Ship across the stack from backend in Node.js/TypeScript and Go to interfaces in ReactJS.
• Drive architectural decisions and tooling for scalability and reliability.
• Champion continuous delivery with high quality standards.
