Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, capable of designing reliable systems.
• Proficiency with Python or TypeScript, or ability to learn quickly.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and concurrency primitives.
• Experience building and shipping AI products end-to-end at startups or larger companies.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship core product features across our stack (Python, TypeScript, cloud infra, event-driven systems, third party integrations).
• Own the lifecycle: work directly with customers to understand their needs, scope solutions, and deliver outcomes.
• Move fast, know when to hack an MVP and when to invest in scalable foundations.
• Raise the bar: implement best practices in testing, documentation, reliability, and security.
