As a founding engineer, you’ll shape how Elyos works, interact with customers, and help scale our AI voice platforms for trades businesses. If you love building from the ground up and solving hard problems, you’re in the right place.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and reliable systems design.
• Proficiency with Python or TypeScript, and willingness to learn what’s needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship core product features across our stack (Python, TypeScript, cloud infra, event‑driven systems, third party integrations).
• Own the lifecycle: work directly with customers to understand needs, scope solutions, and deliver outcomes.
• Move fast, know when to MVP and when to invest in scalable foundations.
• Raise the bar: implement best practices in testing, documentation, reliability and security.
