Job summary

Elyos AI is seeking a product designer to own the product experience for our AI agents that handle calls, emails and chats. You’ll work directly with the two CEOs, the CTO and engineers to define a single design language across the platform.

You’ll prototype quickly, shape dense screens and complex workflows, and push ideas with conviction. This is the first design hire, with equity and the chance to influence the entire product.

Qualifications

• Experience designing dense screens and complex workflows.
• Prototyping rapidly and fluently using AI-enabled design tools.
• Ability to push ideas with conviction and maintain a strong design POV.

Responsibilities

• Own the design direction for Elyos AI’s product, aligning agents, calls, emails and chats under a single language.
• Collaborate with the two CEOs, the CTO and engineers to create a cohesive design system and UI components.
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and translate them into concrete design solutions.
