Job summary

Source Technology Limited is seeking a Salesforce Software Engineer in London to deliver robust, scalable Salesforce applications for asset management. The role encompasses hands-on development, design, and the delivery of secure, well‑architected solutions across Salesforce.

You will own technical development from design through production support, build integrations with external systems, and apply DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management to accelerate

Qualifications

Solid hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Salesforce Platform Developer I cert required; Platform Developer II preferred.
Salesforce Administrator is expected, and integration or architecture certifications desirable.
Proven integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs or MuleSoft.
DevOps tooling and CI/CD experience (Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps).
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and best practices.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the technical design and hands-on development of high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Apply engineering standards, code quality practices, and governance for maintainability and performance.
Build integrations connecting Salesforce with upstream and downstream platforms for joined-up client journeys.
Apply CI/CD, automated testing, and release management to accelerate delivery and reduce risk.
Contribute to proof-of-value and proof-of-concept builds to test ideas and de-risk delivery.
Explore AI capabilities including Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce to enhance productivity.
Take part in code reviews and knowledge-sharing to uplift team capability.
