Job summary

UST Global is seeking a Salesforce-focused engineer to lead design, development, and delivery of scalable solutions within a London-based Asset Management environment.

You will design and build using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools, while developing integrations via APIs and MuleSoft. The role emphasizes DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery in a hybrid setup with on-site work requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce development and engineering experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and platform architecture.
• Experience with MuleSoft, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.
• Financial Services or Asset Management experience preferred.
• Applicants legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions within our Asset Management environment.

• Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to platform strategy, standards, and technical excellence.

We are a leading Asset Management platform based in London, and this role is hybrid with 3 days working onsite as mandatory. The position is available on an immediate start basis and may be offered as permanent, contract inside IR35, or fixed term contract.
