Job summary

UST in London is seeking a Principal Salesforce Engineer to lead design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions within an Asset Management context. This role combines hands-on development with architectural guidance in a hybrid work environment.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions using Apex, LWC, and integrations with MuleSoft and APIs.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce development and engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce integrations, and platform architecture.
• Experience with MuleSoft, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.
• Financial Services or Asset Management experience preferred.
