Job summary

TYG is seeking an experienced Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction team in London. You will own your deals from start to finish with no split-fee model and develop your own client relationships within the established US Construction market.

You will manage recruitment processes end-to-end, build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, and have clear opportunities to progress as TYG continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing your own portfolio of US Construction clients
• Developing new business across your market
• Headhunting and representing senior construction professionals
• Managing recruitment processes from initial introduction through to placement
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Identifying new opportunities and areas for growth
• Taking genuine ownership of your desk and revenue
