Arcadis is seeking a Principal Civil / Structural Engineer to join our rail design teams in London and Bristol. You will lead the delivery of complex rail infrastructure projects, providing technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams and overseeing design reviews and verification activities.

Formación

• Chartered Engineer status with ICE or IStructE.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant civil and/or structural design experience on infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading the delivery of complex engineering projects.
• Experience with industry-standard analysis and design software and engineering judgement.
• Rail sector experience would be advantageous.
• CRE experience, or a path toward CRE competency, encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of civil and structural engineering design projects.
• Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Undertake and oversee interdisciplinary design reviews and verification activities.
• Manage the production and quality assurance of engineering analysis and design deliverables.
• Coordinate survey requirements and their integration into project delivery.
• Identify and manage design risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Project Directors and Project Managers in successful project delivery.
