Qualifications

• Extensive vertical knowledge of Product Management with strong User Experience, Agile and Programme Assurance disciplines.
• Experience of at least two major business verticals (e.g. Telco, Financial Services, Retail) including Public Sector.
• Experience of at least two business application environments (CRM, eCommerce, etc.).
• Experience of strong C‑Level stakeholder communication and mentoring clients to raise awareness of product management.
• Broad business and technology understanding with awareness of industry trends.
• Demonstrable experience delivering as part of an agile team.
• Experience of line management or coaching.
• Expert facilitator: drive focused outcomes from large gatherings of diverse stakeholders.
• Able to plan and lead consulting engagements from initiation to completion.
• Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of business dynamics.
• Adaptable to embrace new disciplines.
• Excellent communicator able to explain and justify decisions.
• Translate business requirements into cost-effective functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Able to work flexibly to tight deadlines in fast-changing environments.
• Proven team management skills for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience mentoring and coaching members of your team and wider community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
