Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions (AGS). If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.

Role Summary

This is a senior product leadership role within Microsoft AI's Consumer Copilot organization. The person will own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key Copilot consumer experiences used at global scale. They will work closely with Engineering, Design, Research, and Data Science teams to define what gets built, why it matters, and how success is measured. The ideal candidate has a strong background building successful consumer products, can operate in ambiguity, and has experience driving product-market fit through data, customer insights, and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define vision and roadmap for Consumer Copilot experiences.
  • Prioritize investments based on customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities.
  • Influence senior stakeholders on product direction.
Product Growth & Customer Impact
  • Analyze customer behavior and product performance.
  • Identify opportunities to increase engagement, adoption, and retention.
  • Use experimentation (A/B testing, pilots, iterations) to improve outcomes.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, and Data Science.
  • Align teams across multiple geographies.
  • Collaborate closely with US-based product leaders.
Product Execution
  • Drive end-to-end delivery from concept to launch.
  • Lead reviews, planning discussions, and prioritization decisions.
  • Ensure launch readiness and execution excellence.
Quality & Accountability
  • Define success metrics.
  • Make data-informed decisions.
  • Hold teams accountable for business and customer outcomes.
Potential People Management
  • Lead Design and User Research functions (depending on final org design).
  • Coach and develop team members.

Duration: 12 months

Shift Timings: Onsite (Business Hours)

Pay Range: £501/day to £564/day (PAYE)

Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
