Glasgow Orthodontics is seeking a Principal Specialist Orthodontist to lead clinical care in central Glasgow. The role combines clinical duties with leadership as Practice Clinical Lead, within PortmanDentex leadership framework.

Qualifications

• A role with two elements: Principal Orthodontist and Practice Clinical Lead (PCL) within PortmanDentex leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical leadership figure alongside Practice Manager, influencing practice direction.
• Provide clinical focus and maintain high clinical standards.
• Define the practice ambition and strategy with support.
• Mentor others and give them a clinical voice.
• Act as a cultural ambassador for Portman Group and the practice.
• Provide a positive influence to all practice colleagues to support engagement.
