Qualifications

• GDC Specialist Orthodontist status required or eligible.
• Interest in clinical leadership and practice management.
• Experience with NHS/private patient mix is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care as Principal Specialist Orthodontist within the practice.
• Assume the Practice Clinical Lead role and drive clinical standards and strategy.
• Mentor colleagues and influence practice culture and performance.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager to ensure efficient patient pathways.
