Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of permitting, building systems, regulations, and construction methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Degree in Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Designer or Professional.
• Proficient in Revit and digital design workflows.
• Clear work history and ongoing professional development.
