Job Description:

This role is based in Warrington and offers a salary of £48,000 to £55,000. Working across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Residential, and Industrial sectors, you will manage multiple projects, including a new hospital (£M value), a life sciences project in Manchester (£80M), and various residential, commercial, and industrial developments, such as converting a department store into a hotel.

You will develop designs through RIBA Stages 1-4, working with an experienced team and with autonomy. The company provides a laptop with IES and Revit licenses, and training is available if needed.

Qualifications: Degree educated; CEng or working towards it is beneficial but not essential.

Work hours are 35 per week, promoting work-life balance. Flexibility includes working from home; however, presence in Warrington or other offices is expected three days a week to facilitate teamwork.

Facilities include on-site parking and proximity to public transport with a free bus service.
