Essential: You will need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, proven experience in mechanical engineering (preferably within the water sector), strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring, and in-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools is essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. You should be comfortable making decisions based on sound judgment, assessing impacts, and seeking others’ views collaboratively. Work should be conducted with integrity, respecting others and delivering on time.
