Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Chartered membership in CIBSE/IMechE/IET is preferred.
• Proven leadership of project design and external coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design across multiple projects, from concept to completion.
• Prepare design packages, reports, and BIM coordination specs.
• Manage project resources, fees, and profitability.
• Act as primary client-facing contact and liaise with architects/contractors.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate internal teams.
