Job summary

Humand Talent is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer – Advanced Technology Systems to drive the development of high-performance hardware from prototype to production. This senior role requires hands-on design leadership and a track record of turning concepts into reliable, manufacturable products.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, optical and systems design, tackle structural, thermal and dynamic challenges, and mentor a growing engineering group

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical CAD experience with good design judgement.
• Experience solving structural, thermal and dynamic design challenges.
• Track record of taking complex equipment from prototype towards repeatable manufacture.

Responsibilities

• Leading mechanical design from concept through build, test and deployment.
• Guiding key technical choices and contributing to product direction and standards.
• Improving manufacturability, serviceability and reliability while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Mentoring engineers and helping shape a growing team.
