Job summary

Humand Talent is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to develop precision mechanical systems and small‑scale mechanisms from concept through to production.

You will lead design work, apply tolerance analysis, GD&T, and FEA, and collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to deliver robust solutions.

The role suits engineers with hands‑on expertise in metals or polymers, 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred), and a track record of taking products to production.

Qualifications

• Experience in precision mechanical design and mechanism development.
• Ability to take products from concept through to production.
• Proficiency in tolerance analysis and GD&T.
• Experience with FEA and design validation methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design from concept to manufacture.
• Develop compact mechanisms with precise movement and positioning.
