Job summary

Expleo Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Principal MBSE Engineer to lead model-based systems engineering across complex aerospace and defence programmes, driving Digital Engineering, MBSE adoption, and digital thread initiatives.

You will develop architectures, establish modelling standards, lead technical reviews, and mentor MBSE practitioners while supporting business development and capability delivery.

Qualifications

• MBSE is essential and must manage end-to-end traceability across aerospace programmes.
• Experience delivering architecture, requirements and verification models in regulated environments.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE across complex aerospace/defence programmes.
