Job Description:

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer ready to take on a principal-level role within an electronics or electrical manufacturing environment? If so, our client has the role for you!

  • Ensuring product compliance with international standards (e.g., Safety, EMC) and supporting approvals for new markets or applications.
  • Leading on NPI and acting as the interface between R&D and manufacturing. Driving improvements in equipment, processes, instructions, and training.
  • Supporting sub-contracting and outsourcing initiatives where technical and commercial benefits exist.
  • Maintaining ISO9001:2015 UKAS accreditation and driving quality improvements through training, testing, and reporting.

The successful candidate for this Nottingham-based Principal Manufacturing Engineer role will have:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in electronics or electrical engineering.
  • Experience working within an electronics manufacturing business.
  • Ideally experience in calibration, product compliance, and technical manufacturing processes.
