Job summary

Morgan Jones Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Principal Manager to join a senior leadership team within a large housing and community services environment in Ipswich.

You will oversee major budgets, manage contracts and procurement, and contribute to strategic direction across a diverse property portfolio. The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of construction, compliance and health and safety legislation.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant construction, health & safety or surveying discipline.
• Significant senior management experience within a comparable facilities and maintenance environment.
• Experience managing contracts, projects and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction practices and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Strong IT and performance management capabilities.
