Job summary

Client Server is seeking a Principal Java Developer to lead client projects and drive technical delivery in London, with hybrid WFH. You will design, develop and deploy complex Java solutions, migrate legacy systems to AWS and establish CI/CD pipelines, working closely with clients in the financial services sector.

The role emphasizes collaboration, engineering best practices and continuous improvement, with a hybrid policy offering three days on-site or at client sites in London.

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial services or Fintech environment.
• Strong Java development with multithreading and concurrency.
• Spring Boot and microservices experience.
• Knowledge of REST APIs.
• Good understanding of AWS.
• Solid foundations in OOP, data structures and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects and drive technical delivery.
