Keyfactor is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer in London, UK to design, deploy, and troubleshoot complex customer solutions. You will collaborate with Professional Services, Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering to deliver secure, scalable deployments.

The role requires senior-level expertise in enterprise security, cloud technologies, and integration patterns, with a focus on delivering high-value outcomes for customers while mentoring other technical staff.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying enterprise security, cloud, infrastructure, or SaaS solutions in complex environments.
• Strong expertise in enterprise integrations, APIs, distributed systems, networking, identity, security, and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges independently.
• Experience in solution architecture, presales, implementation, and production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and execution of complex customer solutions and deployments.
• Assess architecture, risks, dependencies, and integration requirements across customer environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment challenges with Product and Engineering teams.
• Serve as a senior technical resource and escalation point for customer engagements.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and best practices.
