Zusammenfassung

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer for HV/EHV power infrastructure across EMEA. You will provide technical leadership, shape engineering standards, review designs, and ensure safe, compliant delivery of energy projects for data center campuses.

Based in London, Newport, or Frankfurt with regular travel across EMEA, you will coordinate with utilities, EPCs, OEMs, and internal teams to deliver energisation-ready infrastructure that aligns with Vantage standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years in HV/EHV infrastructure design, delivery or utility engineering.
• Experience delivering utility connections, substations, and transmission infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership as SME for HV/EHV across EMEA projects.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards, specifications, and requirements.
• Review designs, studies, and deliverables for technical acceptance.
• Coordinate grid connection strategies with utilities, EPCs, and owners’ engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation and engineering governance.
