Qualifications
- Experience of highway development management
- Experience of HDM/related highway disciplines
- Experience of highway design, construction and drainage techniques
- Good working knowledge of highways legislation
- Ability to work with Members and key stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead on developing, promoting and securing highway objectives through development proposal assessments
- Provide professional and technical advice and support to local planning authorities
- Identify and negotiate developer-funded highway infrastructure
