Job summary

Rheinmetall seeks an experienced Health & Safety Lead to guide safety across training, offices and facilities. You will promote a positive safety culture, implement risk controls, and integrate safety into planning and exercises.

The role requires NEBOSH NGC, IOSH Chartered, and a strong background in risk assessment and incident investigation. As part of Rheinmetall Services, you will deliver safety briefings, manage audits, and support occupational health initiatives, with a focus on high-risk

Qualifications

• NEBOSH NGC or equivalent required.
• CMIOSH or working towards chartered status preferred.
• Recognised qualification in risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety for Rheinmetall Services’ training, office and facilities activities.
• Develop, review and maintain risk assessments for training, offices, DSE and fire safety.
• Audit and assure safety compliance across sites and contractors.
• Investigate incidents and lead root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
