Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal TechLead for Specialist Solution Architects within the WWSO Startup team in EMEA. You will set the GenAI technical strategy, guide a cross-country team, and collaborate with AWS Product teams to deliver scalable reference architectures and repeatable assets for startups across the region.

You will interact with executive-level customers and startups, shaping technical GTM strategies, and driving revenue through lighthouse engagements while mentoring high-performance

Qualifications

• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level, including training, workshops, publications.
• 3+ years' experience leading high-performance teams in a matrixed organization and people development.
• 7+ years of experience with at least two of: Training or ML, Accelerated Compute (GPUs), Containers, Data and Analytics, Databases.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support a team of Specialist Solutions Architects working with Startups in the EMEA region.
• Set the Technical GTM Strategy for the team driving deep technical thought leadership.
• Interact with CxO/VP level and developers to ease adoption, develop pipeline, secure lighthouse customers, drive revenue, and explore partnerships.
• Become a trusted advisor within customer accounts through technical thought leadership.
• Develop and deploy programs leveraging AWS Field Solution Architect teams and partner channels.
• Collaborate with AWS Product and Technical teams to create solutions including reference architectures and release plans.
