Elysium Health care invites applications for the role of Principal Psychologist at Farmfield Hospital, a secure inpatient forensic service for adult men. You will lead psychology services, deliver advanced assessments and tailor therapy within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and safe care.

You’ll provide supervision, contribute to service development, and drive evidence-based practice while supervising staff and guiding clinical governance.

Competenze

• Honours degree in Psychology and Doctoral degree in Practitioner Psychology or equivalent.
• HCPC registration as Practitioner Psychologist is required.
• Postgraduate study in psychology is advantageous.
• Specialised training in trauma-informed approaches is desirable.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and supervision of psychology staff within a forensic inpatient setting.
• Lead psychological assessments, formulations and evidence-based interventions for complex needs.
• Contribute to risk assessment, treatment planning and service development.
• Support audits, research, policy development and service evaluation.
