Job summary

Elysium Healthcare Limited invites applications for an Assistant Psychologist at Farmfield Hospital. You will join a compassionate Psychology Department and work within a multidisciplinary team to support trauma-informed, recovery-focused care for adult men with complex mental health needs.

Role involves assessments, formulations and interventions under supervision, with opportunities for audit, research and staff training. Location: Farmfield Hospital, Charlwood, Surrey.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an upper second-class honours degree in Psychology conferring eligibility for Graduate Membership of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
• Experience working with people with mental health difficulties in health, social care or related roles.
• Commitment to HCPC standards and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of the multidisciplinary team to support service users' recovery journeys.
• Contribute to psychological assessments, formulations and treatment planning under supervision.
• Develop therapeutic relationships and deliver individual and group-based interventions.
• Maintain clinical databases and records and analyse service data.
• Produce reports and summaries for professional audiences.
• Support service development, audit and quality improvement projects.
