Raw Selection is a genuine executive search firm, one of only two in Leeds. We work exclusively with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies across Europe and North America. We partner with Private Equity firms on searches across our two divisions.

1. For CEO, CFO and COO searches for the companies they acquire.

2. For investment and back-office professionals at the Private Equity firm.

Since 2017, we have enjoyed continuous growth and are looking to add talented and experienced recruiters in line with our strategic development initiatives.

We operate a 180 model and are hiring for profiles to win new business and manage client relationships. You’ll be responsible for securing and maintaining long-lasting client relationships whilst delivering on searches, closing, and negotiation.

Our platform is built to take experienced recruiters from good to great

• Candidate sourcing, research, and interviewing candidates in a true 180 model.
• Formatting CVs and writing job specs, all done by our marketing team.
• Researching target clients and finding emails, all done by our admin team.

Compensation:

Basic Salary: Negotiable.

Realistic OTE: £150,000 to £200,000+.
